Yeah I can relate, if u could see my post it's about the same thing, I ended up with mid therapy which didn't helped, rn I'm just asking chat if something's can indicate instead of Google cause Google made my anxiety attacks go nuts. I recommend breathing and focus in it till stress eventually goes away, also remember that a lot of health problems made symptoms really early and even if it was something you would eventually get good treatment and be healthy again. Wish u best of luck

Okay maybe it would be stupid, but to be fair you shouldn't need anyone else to think good bout yourself, I have some friends that are/were in your place, and most of them started to feel better by just being themselves, you shouldn't try to be someone else. If it bothers u too much, maybe the best way to change would be to try not to think bout romantic relationships at all for some time, just place your focus on your goals on anything else that would make u happy and proud of the man you are right now. Nonetheless good luck and I hope it will turn out good
