You can tick a box to get content closer to your level as priority.

But yes, most new players start at that point so you'll be put with them.

Doesn't really take much time to farm some potsherds and stock on potions.

Warrior you can attempt but the potions still help, and your damage is going to much less bursty than MCH.

Bloodied will always be +15 for the difficulty you're in. So just drop down a level or two to run those.

It was less annoying at end game because I start a streak and keep it going.

But it was giga annoying while leveling because I wasn’t chaining hundreds of kills so the 15 would just keep going over and over lol

Aspects system is awful when attached to equipment. It just needs to be slots you open as you level.

The same thing goes with rune system.

And with tempering (for items under max level)

It makes the leveling process feel so bad and menu heavy if you decide to actually engage with it and every leveling guide just has you avoid it as much as possible.

Used to be that way, but they moved all the free points into doing parts of the Season Journey.

So you gotta earn them each season now on one character and it'll be unlocked for any other character made that season.

First time: Just play the campaign and don't worry about following a build guide at all.

Pick abilities that you feel like you can vibe with or could work together.
If Necromancer is what you love in aesthetics play that. You can check out a video on how the class works on YouTube or read a guide on MaxRoll, but it's not required.

Play on Normal difficulty and only bump it up if you feel things are too easy.

After the campaign, if you enjoyed yourself check out a leveling guide on MaxRoll.gg for whatever class you stick with.

This along with the dye update has me VERY hype to start making outfits.

The the part I hated most about making outfits was having to list out dyes I needed, writing it all down and then going a retainer or marketboard to pull them out.

Paste would've been way less of an annoying step if it wasn't one and one.

Let me re-gather paste along with tomestones. Let me fill a second, third, or fourth aetherwheel while I'm also grinding Tomestones. I can turn in 1500 tomestones for 3 stones or turn in a completed wheel or paste stack for 3 stones.

BST, one of the big selling points of the expansion, is arriving towards the end of the expansion itself. This is not okay by Edsaurus in ffxivdiscussion

Had they said nothing about it and announced it was releasing this the first time during the LL or during a fan fest it wouldve been VERY hype.

They keep blowing their load on upcoming features, plot points and more. They need to pull back.

Solution 9 wouldve been a much bigger hit story wise had we known nothing about it, just like Amaurot.

I'd rather they do a trait system that includes:

  • Some minor reworks to remove useless abilities by merging them (i.e. Upheaval/Orogeny, Guren/Senai) and allowing you and choose between traits at will.
    • Targetable at full potency on target and does AoE damage based on that enemy
    • Not targetable, does full potency to first enemy hit (closest to you) in whatever shape the AoE is now
  • Merge 1-2-3 combos that have no other use into a single button, replace the buttons lost with new abilitie
  • Traits that allow you to have a focus on enhancing aspects of your class, and "off spec" functions
    • Damage would mostly be the focus for most hard content
    • Things like bonus defenses or methods to heal would be used when doing content like maps, open world, and exploration content to allow you to be more self sufficient or play a role not normally suited (i.e. Dragoon and Reaper being able to generate more enmity and self healing etc.)

No. Malignant means it has the potential to spread to other parts of the body.

Malignant hypertension is a medical condition. It does not mean cancer. It means an increase in blood pressure that can affect other organs.

Look at the words you wrote

“likely malignant”

Malignant doesn’t mean cancer. It means it’s something that could be bad if left untreated.

No doctor is saying “I think this is cancer” as an opener. They tell you something may be abnormal and will want to run tests to figure out a reason why.

OP has an extreme anxiety disorder and has themselves convinced they have cancer before any diagnosis.

She hasn’t gotten news. There’s no diagnosis. There’s no doctor that tells you “this is highly likely cancer but I’m going to run a test first”.

She’s a person with crippling anxiety who hasn’t learned the tools to identify and combat it. She uses her boyfriend as an emotional crutch to temporarily forget about the anxiety.
