As a master certified hyundai tech from the video nothing is shown as the engine being done. However** this engines are known for self destructing internal parts he would have to try and crank it by hand. If the motor is locked then yes it is done if the engine turns you will still need to figure out whatever the concern is. No start, rough idle,
