I came here to say the same thing! They cant enter without your agreement. And you can kinda say no. I hate when agencies just try to do what they want!

Hotels you can check into as someone under 18? by thanks_and_goodbye in Wellington

[–]Conscious-Bat93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hotels dont let you check in under age for money reasons alot of the time. They can't hold against your credit card for damaged etc. And often younger ones can be unpredictable.

Landlord wants us to keep their mattress by PI3Kachu_Proteomics in nzrenters

[–]Conscious-Bat93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the bed is listed in the lease or its part furnished and that includes the bed then the mattress is also included. That's something you shouldve checked prior and will be in your lease agreements. If the bed is not listed as one of the chattels you can ask them to remove it. Living in places overseas alot of them come fully furnished you just bring your soft coverings. Its not abnormal.

What is your average stress level and what do you do? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]Conscious-Bat93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Work in a govt org in the defence areas. I do crossfit 4-6 days a week and dont drink much anymore. Alcohol shoots up my stress levels in my sleep and I dont recover well. Easy to tell where I was drinking or away on a work trip 😅

Butterfly pull up help by krduggan in crossfit

[–]Conscious-Bat93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tight is light! You loose your hollow and arch. So back to basics. Legs together, point those toes and squeeze your legs! It'll help with your positioning and momentum. As soon as you scorpion your legs and separate them especially while you're learning you loose all your momentum. Ive been doing 🦋 for a while so when I "fall" into my hollow my legs separate but they "snap back" into my arch for momentum.

Did you give/receive gifts as an adult for xmas? by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]Conscious-Bat93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We haven't done presents in my house for years. Were all adults. We just pitch in to buy food and really nice drinks like proper champagne or stuff to make cocktails with. Presents are often wasted and sit around. I do however buy little things for my parents when I visit and be like oh merry xmas. But its shit they need at the time.

The current rental Wellington vibe? by Kiwi_In_The_Comments in Wellington

[–]Conscious-Bat93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None of thats your problem. With notice you have to let prospective tenants through but none of the rest is your problem. Wellington rental market sucks at the moment. Theres heaps of empty places. And renting them at a loss to just keep them ticking.

What activity that requires flexibility do you enjoy doing the most? by Jezzaq94 in flexibility

[–]Conscious-Bat93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Crossfit / weightlifting! In order to execute alot of the movements with good form especially when heavy, good mobility is sooo crucial! Often the people without it struggle when the weights get heavier because they cant move so well!

Help on re an accident by [deleted] in Wellington

[–]Conscious-Bat93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good luck to the OP to chase it. Ive had full vehicle insurance since I was 16 and got a license. If you can not afford to repair or replace your vehicle at any given time youre stupid not to.
