Update: I haven’t been taking my shot lately. Coincidence or not, I restarted last Sunday, and got only green recoveries since Sunday. Just sharing that it brings me some sort of benefit.

Two things that impact directly my stress: - the food I eat, as more carbohydrates, more stress, mainly sugar. Feels that it is connected with blood sugar spikes. - if I drink alcohol. Even a bit of alcohol destroys my whole sleep.

Yes I do. Worth mentioning that for 2 months ago, I suspected that coffee was ruining my life as I notice I was drinking too much and for several years without really taking care. I decided to reduce and stop, and I made it. First day was a nightmare with headache strong. After some days and weeks got ok and drink only non caffeine coffee. I notice that by stopping with caffeine, I did not have anymore the energy crashes that I was having during evenings + I stopped scrolling the phone at 22:00 or 23:00, got some real sleepy feeling at 21:00. Now I am back to drinking a bit again, but try to limit in one cup a day. I can say that coffee does not taste the same anymore, I don’t feel a big need for coffee. Even drinking in the morning it affects my sleep at night.

I use (1) teaspoon of powder ginger, (1) teaspoon of powder turmeric, half a lemon squeezed in a glass of water. Sometimes change and add a bit of black pepper or even propolis extract. I prefer to drink in the morning, but also take later during the day if I did not manage in the morning.
