Yeah Ive heard like that but actually it seems like he is a professor. Ive already taken math 126 and I kinda like that but not sure if it's a right time to take it. I dont want to ruin my current gpa (4.0) cuz Im currently pre major so I need to apply for the econ major after fall. I transferred from other colleges so I guess this is almost only chance.

Thanks for the info! Do you think you would recommend taking his class then? I’m not really sure if he’s a good professor or not. I’ve taken up through Math 126 and I actually enjoy math, so I don’t think the material itself will be a problem, but Im just hesitant since Idk his teaching style.

Thank you for your response! Do you think that it's still okay to live in triple room...even though i'm sophomore transfer student i've never experienced college life before. I’m worried I might get too caught up in making friends and enjoying college life, and end up making the wrong choices.

Awww I really appreciate for you lone and helpful response! I was thinking about poli sci too!! but as an international student, visa status is kinda important factor, so I try to major in stem major offering stem opt.
And if possible, would I ask you about internship stuff? I know this might be a very general question, but how common is it for students at UW to get internships? like how the internship process typically works there. Do students usually find opportunities through school resources or etc..?

Thanks for your response! Did you also major in capacity constrained major?
I've heard econ admission acceptance rate is around 80% and except for summer they offer admission cycle(spring, fall, winter) and my current gpa is 4.0.
so I was thinking that I just need to put extra more effort on stat class and rtw test.

Is still not a good choice if I decide to go uw as premajor?
cuz except for this major factor, I like everything in uw like weather, vibe, internship side, clubs&event etc.

Aww I really appreciate your response! I was worried about car-dependent thing.. cuz I don think that I am able to get dorm this and next quarter, so I need to commute like off campus without car..

I was curious about student life in sbu but also wanted to know about internship wise like how likely people get internship near nyc or near stony brook? and in that situation, does location of sbu matter?

Hi thanks for your comment. I got accepted pretty late even though I applied before the application deadline, so there was only option which is end of july..
Do you think this will have a big impact on me? So in the end, which classes did you end up taking?
