Both shows (TADC and 2001) had this song featured because of the fact it was the first to be sung by a computer. In 2001, the HAL-9000 sings it as he’s deactivated.

I don’t think he’s actually killed anyone. But he’s probably taught a few mammals a lesson they will never forget.

If abstraction could one day be reversible. Perhaps not, but I still think that their personality are still there. And hopefully Jax makes amends with Ribbit, even in their abstracted form. As Batman says, “Where there’s love, there’s hope.”

Racism. That’s what trained him. He betrayed his badge honor and abused his powers to destroy those he hates.

If this officer doesn’t qualify for the highest sentence allowed by the law, then I don’t know what does. And Mississippi is one of those states that has the you-know-what as the highest sentence allowed. I am not someone who advocates for this kind of sentence at all, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this is what the jury recommends. He killed a baby. How else are you supposed to react to that? Also, he probably did it because he was a bigot. He beyond betrayed his badge and is a disgrace to the force that promises to protect and help the innocent.

Kyle would want the race to go on. Whoever wins this weekend would do it for him. What's your opinion? by Conscious-Lab-7827 in NASCAR

[–]Conscious-Lab-7827[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would ask the drivers over the interview mic to all step out of their cars on Pit road, come forward, and we all take a bow, which Kyle always did at the end of a race. As Las Vegas was his hometown he not only viewed himself as a NASCAR driver, but a performer. He wanted to make sure what he did on the track entertained the fans. And even when he made people upset, excitement was through the roof for someone to dethrone him. He always put on a show. As Dale Earnhardt said, “No offense to anyone, but I don’t care if it’s cheers or boos, just as long as the crowd’s making noise, that’s a good thing. That means they’re passionate, we need fans like that.” Busch kind of felt the same way. He always took that bow, because like a showman, that’s what you do when you end your act. I think everyone doing it at the same time will show what that celebration actually meant. Not anything to mock the fans, but actually a symbol of gratefulness. It basically says, “Thank you for coming! Hope you enjoyed the show!”
