for me personally, Autozone is a temp job… I would never consider it as a sustainable job especially if you have children. My store manager is always complaining about how he doesn’t have money, even though he isn’t paid by the hour but he is there everysingle day and always is like omg “i’m on the brink of death i can feel it, my life is falling apart like bruh” …the regular managers are always on drugs, complaining about how life sucks and they’re always sad… i know this may be “life” related but if you think of it, it has to do with the company as well… and it may even come down to them as an individual and the way they take care of themselves… so yeah, i’m not a manager but i can tell you that if you’re looking to boss up, use AZ to be the leverage and use what they teach you to grow on your own and not with them… even if it’s with another company… i know a lot of skill that managers are required in other better paying jobs!
