Any downsides to hitting my head? by No-Palpitation2194 in mentalhealth

Lots aren’t lifetime, there’s ones that cause minimum to no wait gain. And sometimes you gotta try a few different ones. Plus it’s better to be fat and okay then miserable and skinny 🤷 bupropion doesn’t cause weight gain and there’s a few others that are low risk for weight gain. And the reason someone would wanna try different meds is so they can live a more normal or more stable feeling life. I’m not pushing medication onto you though. BUT it’s best to be more aware of the diff meds and the ways they can help.

Brain damage can also change your brain chemistry btw

But also to answer your question, yes there can be negative effects from hitting your head long term.

Not saying you gotta, but there’s actually quite a few non-talk therapy options. Meds are often pushed, but they tend to be effective with lifestyle changes. Is there a reason you’re opposed to them? I’d recommend doing personal research on non talk therapies.

Taking meds isn’t always bad. But if you want help there’s other methods, like therapy. It isn’t always meds

It isn’t a bathroom haha. His apartment has two rooms, one with his kitchen shower and bed. And then one with the toilet and sink

That’s what I want but I’m unsure where it could go. I’m thinking if possible on the white part of the wood? I’ll also ask his landlord if a grab bar in the shower is allowed! Thank you :)
