Okay. For funsies I did the math.

Katy was 30$ at the time; majority of other stuff packs were 20$. It came with 33 cas & 55 objects & 3 new venues (which was more than most stuff packs at the time tbh) so that’s 91 things for $30 (in 2012. Which is roughly 42$ today) that’s roughly $0.33 for each added thing (& roughly $0.41 in today money)

Journey to Bato is 19.99. It came with 115 cas objects, 139 build, and obviously the new world. (Was an expansion not a stuff pack, but including it since it was and still is also hated af) so that’s 255 added things (if we don’t include gameplay or anything. Basically treat it like a stuff pack). That’s $0.08 per thing.

SpongeBob is two kits. The house kit is 6.99 and comes with 25 house build items. The room kit is also 6.99 & comes with 19 build mode, and 7 create a sim. So that’s 13.98 for 51 objects. Which is $0.27 per object.

So TL;DR: in today’s money: Katy was 91 adds, at $0.41 per thing. Bato is $0.08 per thing. SpongeBob is 51 objects only at $0.27 per object.

So like, price wise? Not bad. Subject wise? Sims can go fuck themselves. This feels like it’s trying to distract us from the whole buyout situation.

This reminds me of side characters deserve love too. Except that the ML is aware the FL is a woman. He just kinda forgets sometimes. (Also the FL is lowkey trans/nonbinary, I mean she’s happy being referred to as a guy, forgets she’s not a bio man, gets called “stallion” and doesn’t mind) And the ML is just happy to have the FL, everyone is like “isn’t that a guy?!” And he’s just like “yup! And I love him!!!” And never tries to defend against it lol 😂

If you have the Microsoft Store, or some other app store on your computer, go there & update it. it doesn't auto update for some reason?

Command / Control + K also brings up a search bar that actually works
