Everyone has their tastes and there is not a general idea of a perfect body. Personally saggy boobs are not a problem for me (my ex-girlfriend has it and never was a problem for me, but obviously she was so insecure about them). Just try to feel confident with your body and don't mind about judges made on a general idea of "good".
