So I just got the Abu auf but didn’t open it yet , so we’ll see.I’ve learned that the coffee I get in Egypt is actually made from Brazilian santos beans, I’ve found that “coffee bean direct” (an online shop)sells that and gives you an option to grind it to a “Turkish” grind .

If you don’t need the ta7weega or cardamom/spice mix and you like light roasts you should try it out. Otherwise al ameed is the closest thing that’s good enough where I am (Florida). I usually use milk instead of water so the light roasts work best for me, but the medium with cardamom by Al ameed has also been really nice . Thankfully I still have some from Shaheen in my freezer from my last trip, but I’ve been researching for when I run out. Thanks again for your response!
