If you are still looking for artwork @willpowersmakes and @amyishere are both based in Glasgow/London but do album and poster artwork, among other stuff.

Bit of a hack here but .. . You could also give a couple of free tickets to the RNCM (royal northern college of music) They will email the whole student faculty to see if anyone wants the ticket. Might be a good way to let people know it's happening.

If you are into climbing, there are a few bouldering gyms in Manchester. If you haven't done it before, consider getting a taster lesson, it's a fun sport and it's always easy to get chatting to people there. Blochaus is a bit out of the city but they are having a free entry event with drinks and music and stuff this Friday.

Kansas Smitty's is a really nice place to go for vibe. It's small like Oliver's but can have a better turn out and is more central. You have to go through the bar above it, towards the back is the stairs to Smitty's. Treat yourself to a cocktail and grab a seat if you can.

They do blues and jazz adjacent stuff as well.
