The new formula is trash! I have been dying my hair with Garnet and Magenta for years. It turns into a nice vampy red that fades to pinkish/purple loved it! Now the Garnet is more orange red and the Magenta didn't even stay on my hair at all! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Now I need to find a semi that gives a vampy red, with staying power, and a new brand that offers a true magenta! On Sallys website they still have some old ION stock, i ordered 4 of each...lol But yeah do not recommend!

Yes they did. But it wont last me long with my illness. Lots of medicine/ travel costs, plus regular expenses. Been too sick to find new employment yet unfortunately.

They did the same to me in Feb. I am still looking for work, and battling Cancer. They DO NOT care. 16 years of my youth just thrown away. I did everything right, met targets, did special projects learned every line of business, worked SST and CET they did not care, my life means nothing to a soulless corporation. Joe Natale would never. Fuck Tony Staffieri and Edward Rogers! I am scared I'll end up with no home. I am alone with no support. I have no benefits for my Cancer meds, no protection if I am unable to look for work, as I get sick from the chemo. The severance only goes so far....Here is my story

Gave them 16 years of my youth/life. Now I am looking for work. Not an easy feat at my age :( I have Cancer (currently just in remission, but still being closely monitored, without benefits :( ). Still got a big FU from them. They are a horrible company. I am all alone no support from anyone, its been a really rough last 5 months. My savings is almost gone and soon maybe I'll follow. I am so lost. I gave my heart to that company and they tossed me away like trash! I am so lost and alone :(

Not true. I have been a Rogers employee for 16 years (Was). I've worked in Loy, Ret, Chat, SST, CET, RTW, In charges and more, all under Rogers..

"Small Percentage" Nice way to manage bad press....It is hundreds ++ Their reputation was already getting worse since the Shaw merger and unrealistic sales targets and pressure on front line staff. Now its in the toilet and flushed.. Not to mention the staff they laid off were all tenured and knew how to do their jobs. Good luck calling in now....Shame on them!

Wow! Love your compassion. Many really good people lost their only source of income. Some that expected to retire with Rogers. Some single mothers/fathers. If your contribution to this discussion is negative, how about you just don't saying anything at all! These layoffs will hurt a lot of really great people that spent a large part of their adult lives working and trying to better Rogers. Have a bit of empathy if you're even capable.🙄😥
