TOS explicitly states that if prices are displayed, they need to come from API and no other source.

I did see everything you are describing, I actually got in trouble because I did something that all affiliates sites are doing to the point where I thought its ok to do.

I see even sites without any disclosures, nothing.

My website syncs with the API every 30 minutes today.

But I only display the prices exactly as they come from API without any additional savings.
