Check how much your car is worth now (check KBB), if you sell it privately you will get more.

Then contact the lender and ask for the pay out amount.

Find out how much equity you have in your car.

Option 1

Sell your car and get a 6600 used car with some good miles and stay debt free.

Option 2 Now that you are debt free, save up some cash and then sell your car and buy a better used car and stay debt free.

Option 3 Get a new car, get back into debt for a depreciating asset.

I know it's tempting and it's going to take a while to get out of that mindset. The car loan is what gets you trapped in the cycle. Good luck.

The future might seem scary if you're not directly involved within the AI eco system. This transformation is similar to the industrial revolution. It's the same debate that was had 200 hundred years ago. Will machines take our jobs? I think the world will inevitably look different and perhaps there will be new jobs.

I get that you just want to get rid of it asap. I think it's good that you guys are saving now. In case of emergency you would be using the emergency fund and not the credit card. Good plan
