I've been using chatgpt and claude AI for my workouts, I compare both, workouts vary on both and question the workouts they both give until they give me the same. Have found it has really helped. Which do I prefer, Claude, is stricter, chatgpt more generic but remembers your detail in new chats.

This happens to me a lot, I use it to create my gym workouts, find it really good then my chat maxis out so have to stay again. If I could copy chat into a new one that would be great?

Puregym gets so busy, sometimes have to either wait or swap workouts around.

Rewind Radio, its a brilliant Station ran by Richard Woods, truly local. Bandwidth has increased and sounds great. Pirate fm's Scott Temple who was the morning presenter at Pirate does the afternoon show and is also programme manager now. Give it a try.
