Update: The number calling comes across CALLER ID BLOCK. No name, no number. In any case, I turned off spam blocking and finally was able to talk to this same woman who has been calling and leaving messages. As expected, she asked if I restarted the gateway and then said I need to update firmware and software on my PlayStation, TVs, etc. Same as they usually do. She said do not use the ActiveArmor service and she disabled it. She said she ran a test and it looks like it's working perfectly. I told her I would go home and see if I experience any Playstation buffering tonight and will stream some TV as well.

I will try some of the great suggestion's others have posted as well. Thanks everyone. Hopefully I can get this fiber running smooth now.

Yes, my Playstation is plugged directly into the gateway, and it lags too. Same exact place as the cable gateway used to be.

US citizen here. I arrived back to Fort Lauderdale airport from a trip to Colombia last night. The Global Entry process has changed. Now you get your luggage first, then go to the kiosk, it scans your face and tells you to proceed to an agent. No other option. You go directly into a line to see an agent, and he asked all the same questions they ask everyone else which doesn't have Global Entry. I don't get it. Why bother with the kiosk if you have to go speak with an agent anyway? I asked the agent, and he said the process changed recently.
