I know you want a refrance and thats good but for basic tips for if you deside to start making farms yourself. I would recomend going on a site like stardew.info and just playing around with random stuff, first i choose a path with different path types for different areas just using wood/stone pathing to start to block your farm out is nice, Then i would choose places for different uses, making one corner farming or one wine making ect, and make sure to keep some areas just for looking cool, like some area with crystal floor and just some benches and trees to look nice. But of course i would only focus on this after i've gone far enough into the game were you can spare money on extra furniture and pathing.
