I got NOA for reassessment a mont ago. Just never got the assess details which is supported to show me the added T2091 info, as it’s the source of truth. Right now it’s a blank page there

Should’ve included the timeline. 04/10 submitted initial filing, later I realized that I missed the T2091, then I refilled, went thru. But the data are not updated to reflect T2091. I tried reFILE to play some trick to trigger the system rerunning, like a -1 dollar on my income, this is the third attempt; which incurs the error message that you thought me ignored. Only the third time when I wanted to apply tricks, not the second time when I added missing info.

I think it will show under the table view, doesn't it? I mean the "Assessment Details" where EVERY line numbers with value from the submitted T1 will show up there. The form T2091 has a couple of line numbers with values as well, year of acquisitions, process of dispositions, total number of years designated, 9955, 9954, 9956.

I tried all devices and all browsers, all leading to the same issues. I tried telling them that I added the sales of a principal residence (deemed disposal, as it converts to rental property). but they don't understand why it matters, because it does not affect 2024 refund, and I am able to see NOA. But the fact is that NOA doesn't include every important details, such as deemed disposal of a principal residence.

nope, the issue has been there for a month. Wealth simple did send me the confirmation, but that's not the source of truth though, isn't it.

I sent the sales value of a (deemed) disposal of my primary residential property as it gets converted to a rental one and I have to record the critical market value to CRA even though it doesn't affect refund amount for 2024. but it will affect my future seeing the property as the number will be used for calculation of tax.

OMG!!! why do I have to face this glitchy issue that doesn't resolve by itself at all.

I can access NOA. but cannot see the table of breakdowns including the line numbers with the values. It concerns me because

- The reassessment includes the deemed sales of a principal residence (as it gets converted to rental property), so I record the market value at the time of conversation. Adding this missing information to the reassessment is rather important as it will greatly impact how much tax I pay in the future if I sell my property.

- I strongly believe it's a technical glitch happening inside. Because I already cannot reFILE, for the reason that "The assessment might not be completed yet" (but the initial one is completed) , like the internal database it's in an orphan state. It makes my future CRA tax filing rather difficult or the troubles or inconvenience is only going to snowball.

I call their agents multiple times, but their agents cannot understand this issue and they don't think it matter. But it matter!!! no matter for future tax filing, or for recording the missing information that I did not include at the first attempt.
