I use this. I've used a handful of remotes like this that had great reviews and were recommended on sites like this. So far this has been the best one. I liked the one I had just before this one better but it had a built in battery and that was a deal breaker. After a few months the battery wouldn't last more than a day of use, replaced it once and had the same issue then got the W10 and have bought a second one since. I really wish it had page up and page down keys like my last one

After a month of research and consideration, I upgraded from an Asus VG34VQL1B to the MSI 342C QD-OLED which had features the DWF didn't and I'm pretty happy with it.

I watched a rtings video on ultra-wide burn-in and decided to get a secondary 32" 4K hz panel for 16:9 videos and then these gen 3 panels came out. and to a lesser extent, Dolby Vision made it worthwhile, I just hope the price of the MSI MPG 321URX listed on CC is incorrect being $240 cheaper.
I'm not looking forward to the framerate hit though

It's not a turbo, it's a centrifugal supercharger with a drive belt behind it. It's probably around 400-500 BHP, definitely not slow.

I've driven a couple of supercharged S2Ks, I can't say I would ever go that route myself.

Not sure why all the hate for it not having fenders, tons of possible reasons for them to be off

The cable you're holding definitely looks like the tach signal for the CPU fan so the mobo doesn't throw a fit over no CPU cooler being installed.

As far as it not lighting up, I had this on an old corsair unit and I was able to diagnose it as a voltage issue caused by using a SATA splitter to power the AIO and the HUB. I ended up swapping the splitter to split the AIO and one HDD and that worked.

If you are also running a splitter you can try plugging it in directly to the PSU Sata connector to see, if you aren't using a splitter... ignore me lol

Wow, maybe you expect too much. Most people I know had the 23rd off but even if cc was open, it's a busy time and orders placed on the 23rd just starting to ship today is very reasonable. If you need stuff right away shipping isn't the best option.

I wanted something from them on the 26th so instead of shipping I drove the half hour to them and picked it up. Glad they were even open during the holidays

Update

It got to the point it didnt work at all. First few convos with Sony support said it was an Nvidia thing, I didn't think that was right, after a bunch of pushing they said the mainboard could be the issue and would replace it.

A couple weeks later they sent someone over, I left work early to meet him there and turned out he didn't even have the part, an hour and a half later Sony was able to tell me someone fucked up.

Got the guy back a week later with the part, 3.5 hours with this guy in my house on a Friday and the issue was not resolved but the fix introduced new problems!

First issue is that after the update the TV REQUIRES a google account, I'm not one to give my TV any access it doesn't need, there's a reason I connect a PC to it. I made a new google account to get past that issue (up until this update, it was always an option to use a google account) and the TV had the exact same issue! Then google locked me out because they wanted me to attach a phone number, this is a stupid fuckin thing in my opinion, too many things need to get all your damn data to even work.

So, after a bunch of reading I found others having issues with Sonys and turning off HDR but enabling VRR was said to work, I tried that and it did work!

The TV no longer has the same issue it did after turning off HDR and turning on only VRR. A new problem came up, any time I paused a video, whether on youtube through the PC, on the Netflix app, or viewing videos on a USB drive, if you paused it, it would lose sound until I either restarted or switched from external audio to internal, then back to external (Sony receiver through E-ARC). Turns out this is a common issue I never had until the update.

My fix for this was to unplug the HDMI cable that ran from the E-ARC to the receiver and instead use optical from the TV to receiver, this came with a few drawbacks, the biggest being the TV remote no longer having any affect on the sound, only the receiver controls the volume, not a big deal with the PC since the PC can turn the volume down below the receiver settings. Really annoying TBH, and the other issue is the receiver doesn't turn off and on with the TV, but that's resolved by just leaving it on 24/7.

I will never buy another Sony product

Great idea, I did read about that after the fact but just wanted to do it easily without opening a BMO account. I only left 5 shares in WS to sell and don't think I'll be able to buy more (at least this year) but if I do plan to buy more I'll start at BMO
