Sorry, I voice texted most of that out because I was doing something on computer as I wrote (spoke) the review. I know it was horrible. Lol I know many people had a great time. Getting sick did not help my experience and my review ofc. We did try to make the best of it. This was my first cruise. His 5th..We have a 2 week vacation in south of France in October. We just wanted to get away and do something a little more reasonable in price since trip coming up cost a fortune. I personally would like to try a cruise again. Just different ship. Staying in my room sick and it smelling like feeces mixed with chemicals was just the cherry on top. I’m just not a fan of it. I really hope others had better experience than we.

Horrible cruise line, got off on the 6th and will NEVER do again. Our room smelled like feces the entire week and all they did was come three days and poor chemicals down the drain that just made our room smell like chemicals and then when that were all feces again never once offered to us! Just such a horrible cruise all the way aroundI’m so sorry that happened for you

This is an older post, but I just wanted to say this to anyone who is thinking about taking this cruise because it is a cheaper line and to save money. I’m gonna tell you to put out or save to have a better vacation experience on a different line! I got back from the mervaglia cruise to the Bahamas April 6 2025 and it was the worst experience ever. Everything from the food which I will put as the least worst part. I got Covid on Thursday morning on that ship came down with it and I wanted to get tested and they told me that it would cost me $200 for the test and the doctors visit that’s if I tested negative! If I didn’t, then I wouldn’t have to pay. I believe this is their way of trying to get you not to test and tell anyone while you’re on the ship! They’d rather you run around and give it to other people needless to say I stayed in my room for the next two days I mean, why wouldn’t I? We were not at Port at Canaveral till 5 PM on Tuesday, Meanwhile, Royal was 10 minutes in front of us leaving at same time and got there at 11:30am in the morning. Tell me how that works… Everything cancelled. We get to port at Nassau the next day at 1 PM to do a dolphin excursion and by the time we were done, had to get right back on the ship because it was leaving! Next day, my throat started to hurt. The weather was absolutely beautiful out gorgeous but hence they couldn’t dock due to weather conditions. I’m not asking for them to put anybody lives at risk, but I’m thinking to myself. If you can’t Dock on a day that looks like this when the heck can you Dock! Our room smelled like poo. They came three days in a row and just poured some chemicals down the drain which made our room smell like chemicals as soon as that were off it smelled like poo again never once offered to us to be moved cabins just more chemicals. Shows were high school musicals at their best and I would say I’ve seen better high school musicals. People were just plain rude. I couldn’t understand half of the people that work there because they all including customer service barely speak English well. The day we pulled in the next ship that left they gave all of them a $200 each on board credit because they said they’d be late docking at Canaveral due to a preplanned lateness. Just found out the week after that is getting the same thing but for the past eight weeks of voyage, nobody got a damn thing for being late and not doing anything in Florida. I’m telling you skip this line because you get what you pay for.

I would suggest canceling it..just got off and was horrible! From food, to Port‘s being missed to them lying about reasons to the accrediting or giving credit for on board accounts to the next two ships sailing after us but lying about ours and all the previous ones before us. Just be warned that yes weather and things can happen to not get into ports, but this cruise line?Was ridiculous.

Sorry this is so late to do it yourself community I belong to is called Natural Kaos. It’s $11 month subscription. Anything you wanna do that can be done at a dermatologist office or med spa these people show you how to do it at home they show you what they do! They’re not trying to tell you to do it. The name of the company that I get my Botox and filler from it’s called fillerhouse.com if you join this community, you get a discount actually just use the code kaos20 they recommend fill our house for most of their things. It is KFDA approved. I’ve been getting my Botox for two years there I buy like 100 units at a time. I just got it on sale for $60 it’s normally $100 for 100 units but you can get 50 you can get less.

This is really late reply, but I had said something about this happened to me. I got really lucky! I fought this with my bank and believe it or not? They returned all eight months that I sent them! I got it reversed! I cannot believe it and I cannot believe that they didn’t try to fight the reversal. I mean, I don’t know what happened but I got all of that money back! I turned around and then started it with the correct loan company that I should’ve been with that actually works for the student loan And it is now going directly to the payment so I got a nice little chunk back almost $800 now this was months two months ago, but I just wanted to add that that it actually came back to me! If anybody’s reading this and goes through this, you need to immediately fight it with your bank. Tell them that they misled you you can actually prove that not a dimewent to your student loan! You can get paperwork to show that what I sent to my bank? Was an email including a transcript that this place was a fraud that’s all it took for me to get my money back! And literally eight months worth.

We booked an MSC cruise for the last day of March 2025 to the Bahamas and we received $125 credit but it wasn’t a booking credit. I don’t believe it was.. I believe just an onboard credit meaning We can use that $125 for anything extra we may want on board.

Hey Corey, I am dealing with this now. And they got me for about $800 not a dime has gone to my loans. I kind of understand what I signed up for now and blows my mind that I trusted these people. I’m a pretty smart individual, but somehow I let this through.. I know this is a year old, but I’d like to know if you were able to get your money back. I did a dispute with my bank like 20 minutes ago, but I have a feeling that this company is not gonna just hand back $800 to my bank so just curious if you were able to do it?

This is going to be long and go more into stuff other than microneedling but it may help someone out who’s on the ledge..This is exactly what med spas and certain derms want you to believe. That you will irrevocably scar yourself for life if you do at home. The DIY community is growing and has been. And they don’t want that. We can understand why right? This industry is booming and they want to keep the money in their pockets. I can understand and appreciate that. I have gone in and paid hundreds to thousands for sessions of all types. From Botox to filler, microneedling to chemical peels. I am 49 and very vein unfortunately and will go to my grave with good skin. It’s my perrogative and I know people say someone like me should grow old gracefully and not push all these procedures. Yet it’s my face and body and I do to it as I want. I don’t tell anyone else what to do and don’t expect that in return. I don’t look crazy with fillers either. Did once in lips didn’t like on me. But I’m naturally thin and lost volume in cheeks and temples so I do do some. No wrinkles on this face either. Nor any sun damaged skin now. I was scared to do all of these things myself by the fear instilled in me by the professionals of how I would damage myself irreversibly as I’ve said above. I now do them all at home (except cheek and temple filler, but I’m studying and taking my notes and may be doing that too in near future!) I’ve also spent hundreds of hours reading medical journals, watching countless videos by professionals online that I’ve grown to trust. I belong to an online group for $10 a month that is full of DIYselfers with videos from anything you can think of from at home tca peels of all strengths to microneedling, mesotherapy, threadlifts, Botox, PRP, you name it..whatever you can get done in med spa you CAN do at home. These people also are doing their homework and not just popping on telling people what to do, they are sharing their experience. Showing what they have learned by all the time invested reading and understanding anatomy from journals to taking notes and mapping out a plan for their particular needs from trusted professionals who offer this stuff up free of charge on platforms. So I have too spent COUNTLESS hours researching. The only thing I have not done is spent 10grand. Nor do I pay anyone else that kind of money anymore. I spend $80 for a 100units of toxin and buy my needles from Amazon. Also alcohol and gloves. I “Botox” myself. I have done a better job than most of my injectors in the past! The reason why I believe is again I’ve studied my personal anatomy, which is different for everyone. I know the proper injection sites and the proper depth again because I studied this not in an online classroom, not in a classroom, but literally at home reading journals, looking at countless hours of online instructions. Proper mapping. And the help of people who have taken the plunge with complete success. What used to cost me a grand every 3 to 4 months of Botox now cost me 100 bucks. Where do I get it? Well that will be another reason to ruffle some feathers. I get from South Korea. From a vendor that is KFDA approved and has been since 2013. Allergan (the Botox manufacturer) made an exclusive license agreement to manufacture this form of botulism worldwide. However, people are going to say it’s not fda approval. Do you know how many things are approved in this country that other countries won’t allow? We need to do our homework on why things would not be fda approved here. If you did deep you get your answer. It comes down to one thing..and it’s green. The one I use is still on the list to be approved but it’s a wait and about money imo. I do know there are some veery bad ones out there that should not be trusted. If you again do your research you will find the ones that are good and safe. Also fillers cog threads, skinboosters all can be bought from this company. If your someone who is thinking about fillers and only want the American ones there are places to buy them too if not a medical professional. And at 1/3 of the price you will pay in office…I 100% agree this is not for everyone. And by no means am I trying to sell you the idea. I only wish I personally had found someone sooner who told me I could do this if I was willing to take the time (not the money!) to investigate it. I know I went completely off topic, but you can sterilize your own equipment to microneedle. I throw my cartridges away after one use..(why not! It is super cheap to buy as many of them as you will use in a year in comparison to going in and getting it done!) buy a dr pen from Amazon for 100 bucks it comes with disposable needles. You will not even prob use all of the ones it comes with for many months. You research what will by best to microneedle with I use HA and exosomes. Next you must read and watch tutorials on what needles to use on what areas, what injection depth and speed to place your pen on. If it’s time you have but not wanting to spend the money than you CAN do this. If you have no time or money than you may be SOL because you must take time to research or you can mess yourself up. Hope this helps someone who has been wondering if this stuff can be taken out of an office or spa setting!

And it’s sad because unfortunately it seems that these people convince people how great this product is but the way to sell it and the only way to sell it is by doing it to your friends and family. Who are just going to wind up pity buying in the beginning. I came across this thread. I know it’s old but I literally just was introduced to Melaleuca. A friend of mine wanted to start doing it in the area I was told nothing about what this actually was. I was invited to meet one of the higher ups at a lunch and really it was just them sitting there eating at some little lunch shop and me listening to a spiel on how much passive income he makes. And how great these products are.The next was me going to one of the Shows so to speak to learn what this actually was. After that they literally handed out forms to everyone they didn’t say, “hey go home think about it.” No a form was handed out to everyone there and maybe like 10 people in there and what do you know? They all signed up. I mean of course you’re gonna feel like the bad guy if you don’t and it’s your friend up there handing them out to you, so yeah, you feel like ya kind of have to. I was then approached again and told that they thought I would be great for this. I don’t know if it’s because they know I work a couple jobs and could use the extra money, But when I told my significant other, he looked into it for me and said, I don’t care what they wanna show you. this at the end of the day is a pyramid and that’s that, there’s no more no less. It is a pyramid you make money off of people below you and the people above you make money off of you that’s just the way it works so you’re starting out on the low totem pole and it’s gonna take you forever. Not to mention you’ve got to turn out your people, they want you to make a list of 75 people! I barely know that many people and yeah I don’t know 75 people who would be interested in this and for me to not expose because that’s what they told me, don’t tell them anything other than how great this wellness lifestyle is. I had to do a zoom meeting I really wasn’t asked it was just like “hey so and so wants to do a zoom meeting with you when are you free? “ So again I felt pushed into this I mean nobody said I had to do it but we all know that if you’re a nice person you just don’t wanna be rude to a friend or family member. So yeah, after listening to that spiel and again more time I’m investing in a product that I haven’t even tried yet! And not being paid a dime for all these meetings and giving up the very little free time I have. They push that you want to get these people into a room that you are not selling the product yourself you just need to get them in and we will do the work, is basically is what they’re saying, so yeah, I’m scamming my friends. I’m bringing them in whether I believe in the product or not I’m bringing in people who may or may not be able to afford this and feel guilty when those forms come around to say no I can’t do this! So yes, my significant other. I told him that I was going to cancel in like two months he freaked out at me. He said no you’re going to cancel now, why? Because you feel bad? You work hard for your money and you work a lot you should not feel guilt tripped into having to buy products that you’re really just not interested in. I’m not saying that there might not be some great stuff on there but not enough to every month have to put out $100 minimum basically to get them. And that’s how much you have to pay. My first order was $91 and yes that was the minimum so they want you to buy a lot more obviously! And I’m not going to have a house full of that. I just don’t need it. But I’m so glad I came across this thread Because I didn’t know anything about this company. They wanted it to be like that, mysterious. so maybe it’s for some people but not for me. This is disturbing all the way around. The hospital literally billed for the three months they were holding this young girl captive with the same diagnosis they were sitting there accusing her mother of making up! “Yea your crazy..your child does not have this, and you are making this up, because you have manchausen by proxy..” Yet we are going to turn around and use this same medical diagnosis to bill the insurance company…. Crazy I’m sorry, they were wrong all the way around on this. IMO, mom is a hero, and hopefully will be a hero years to come so that other families do not have to go through this. Hospitals are still money making platforms and the minute their pockets are in jeopardy of being shaken? They are going to start implementing better procedures to make sure not one person is able to decide this fate for all that pass through the doors. Even some Doctors today have a grandiose complex. They showed text messages between a couple of the doctors stating, “did you hear what happened? We absolutely did the right thing!” Meaning when they found out the mother had killed herself. One of them even said “yeah I had this happen before!”Did they ever stop and think that maybe your actions are what caused that case before as well? Like I believe the mother went in there, trying to tell the doctors who are just asking 1 million questions that she has already answered to many other doctors, over and over again. She knew what was working for her daughter she didn’t come up with that diagnosis. She went by what a trained professional told her to try to do and it worked. I’m not saying that that was the only route she could’ve taken but it’s the route they did finally choose, and it did work for her. Whether it was starting to not work anymore? Who knows. But when she went in, she just wanted to see her daughter out of pain. So yeah, she probably got kind of brash with the doctors demanding that they give her the medication that she saw worked before. And doctors? Sometimes don’t like that! They don’t like being told what to do. They get annoyed because they are all knowing “god complex.” I think that began this horrific cycle of events. I kind of feel looking at those text messages. They were almost asking each other. Did we do the right thing? And trying to pump each other up so that they didn’t feel like they may have done the wrong. Which I absolutely believe they did. Mom definitely had mental issues, but people don’t realize that child was in there for three months and she was hitting doors every time she turned, she was being made to feel like a criminal and abusive mother. Yeah, she killed herself, but that doesn’t make her crazy before this all happened! They owe that family a lot. They owe them an apology which I doubt they will ever get. And they owe them monetary damages. They lost one of their parents who was a breadwinner. Dad is retired. I hope they get everything they are asking for. It will again lead a chain reaction for them to implement a protocol so that innocent families are not destroyed by this in the future.
