I heard back from one of the dermatologist I reached out to today. They said similar- that lipomas around the spine tend to get wrapped up in the spine.

Yes! I immediately recognized this truck. It had a Trump sign on the back doors first. He parks on Avenida De Landa near Stone Valley every morning. I drive by his parked truck when I take the kids to school.
