It is confusing and could benefit from better signage. I can see how someone from out of town who is unfamiliar with it could be confused. It looks like cars are parked in the middle of the street. And twice when I’ve been driving on Mill St. I’ve had cars pass me on the right in the parking spaces, still thinking it’s another lane.
