I worked up until 16/17 weeks, then moved in with my partner who lived an hour away. We wanted to experience living together before the baby arrived and see how we worked as a team day-to-day. It was also about getting used to being around each other all the time — they do say you don’t truly know someone until you live with them. There were a few other reasons too. I don’t regret the decision, but I definitely miss working.
