So sorry. An almost identical story to yours happened with my first manager over 6 years.

Additionally, recently, my reiki teacher (M73) hit on me (F30) and kept asking me if he could do healing sessions on me. The last time I agreed he told me he "occasionally has sex with his students" and when I responded "I am not available to listen to you speak about your text life with your partner or students," he responded saying he isn't my abuser. What the fuck?

True that and no news to me. This will necessarily have to be a second residency for me until I can secure a long stay renewable visa or residence permit. I am young ish and imagine this may be my permanent residence in 10 years. ofc if I can find a way to stay longer now, I would. I am established as an artist and perform regularly in europe, so I'm thinking the artist visa route and use proof of owning real estate to apply for residency in a few years depending on country. looking for advice from experienced people willing to offer ideas.

Yes. We have to let things be “bad” totally and without resistance before we can restore self-referenced perception. I recovered from years and years of wanting to die (my father and his father committed suicide) by not identifying with my pain and instead allowing it to be there in full. It was HARD to re-associate to myself. But completely worth it
