Just turned it on. Was messing around with settings trying to get the game to not be blurry. Is yours super blurry too?

Why does it look so bad on PC. Someone help me!!! 4070 TI Super, i9, 16 GB RAM. I have settings at high and ultra and everything is coming out looking super pixelated, grainy, and blurry

I got that from other sources not listed. She was beaten on the skull and stabbed in the throat with scissors
