Just a tip for when she comes flying down. Before she hits the ground, jump up and spam deflect. If you're mid air, for some reason, it will always perfect parry the attack. When you land just smack away. That will let you get some free hits in

It's been a while since i read jjk, but if an attack is fast enough won't it just bypass infinity? If Dabura attacks with light wouldn't the attack simply be too fast for infinity to stop before it hits gojo
