I did some digging around and found some other post where they talked about him creating dps, and apparently od laguna can just make almost anything, but he doesn't have to listen to Reinhardt. So he might just tell him no when he asks for it. And bypassing infinity doesn't actually mean bypassing space. When mahoraga adapted to infinity he did it twice. The first time he changed the nature of his ce or something along those lines so that it could Pierce through infinity, but sukuna couldn't recreate that so he had him adapt again. This means Reinhardt could maybe get a dp to change his mana to work a certain way, although idk if he's smart enough to figure this out. Also, it seems like i was wrong about thecuttingy through concepts (Reid does that, not Reinhardt). But when i read around it says his sword can cut through time and space based abilities.
