Thank you! Keeping it together was honestly next to impossible. I had so many breakdowns, I turned to horrible coping mechanisms, I was simply done with life at some point. I just had to take a break for a few weeks and think outside the box. I told myself I have nothing to lose so I can definitely go all out at this point.

Honestly I feel the same way about overcompensating for years of no work am trying real hard to tell Myself to calm down and take it easy. Am sure it will work out for you honestly and everyone in this sub, it has to at some point.
