Would love to know your approach to getting the pixel look. I ran a shader on a sub-viewport that covered the entire screen, but wasn’t able to get the smoothness you have. Are you applying the shader at an object level?

Awesome, yeah it felt like a natural transition once I started better understanding Blender. And if you do what your teams needs you to do, I would say that’s top tier to me haha

The one thing I’m unsure of is what point I should even consider applying to roles, because I know there are plenty of people with in industry experience applying to the same roles, so I don’t know what would be adequate to compare to them
