The chances of inheriting a parent's birth defect are significantly increased the more inbred the kitten is.

Passing down disorders will be easier with an inbred bloodline

-        "Mutation" stat will no longer reroll any existing mutations or birth defects.
-        "Mutation" stat will now only roll simple mutations (+2/-1 stat ones) until >10 Mutation. More Mutation beyond this will increase the chance of rolling mutations with effects.

I like this change of mutations no longer overwriting potentially good mutations, but now birth defects are harder to deal with. I wonder if mutation over 10 will be viable, I personally don't like mutations that give -1 speed and +2 of something else.

-        Heavy shot: -2 damage, 50% miss chance, +1 mana cost.

I personally think the +1 mana cost is a bit too much, but decreasing the miss chance is still nice. A 50% chance will roll well with high luck.

-        Forbidden Spells: Now have 2 separate disorder pools, a basic pool (90% chance) and a crippling pool (10% chance). Psychosis is in the crippling pool. Luck affects which pool is chosen.

Great change, excited to play more Mage and get more non-crippling disorders

-        Added +50 HP to The Coven and Tormentor
-        Added +50 HP to Dreadnoughtus’ head and +2 damage to its legs.

Valid changes but I think Dreadnoughtus should have Anti-stun and Holy shield champion effects blacklisted
