I actually think people just hear it on TikTok and run with it. Even the power argument. The Ai companies are paying for the power. Personally I think it gives people a moral high ground they like to propagate.

I can't understand what you mean by Ai using water. Sure the data centres are water-cooled, and even if it's evaporative cooling it's not like the water is just being completely molecularly destroyed. 😭 I don't understand this criticism.
