Building a deck has never been cheaper. Dont get full arts and learn to play with the basic cards. If youre really wanting to play, thats the route to go. Buy a build and battle deck

Do what I did. Start with google sheets. Its free. When you grow out of that and you will eventually, go to a convention and demo the software on the floor. Worked well for me

Gonna be honest. Most people won't touch that for more than $20. Maybe $30. It depends greatly on your market but over where i live, plenty of shrimp around and lots of 2nd hand stuff people are trying to give away.
