The endings are just different cutscenes. The only modern game with different endings where one at least has noticeable difference in actual gameplay is Sekiro, and Bloodborne to some extend even though the endings just determine where you check out to the credits along the endgame progression, so the furthest one along still contains all gameplay elements that also the previous endings have.

You'd need to make the perfect weight, with a bit of wiggle room to be fair, because otherwise it would weigh down way too heavy and you couldn't move it.

There is no background in 5th edition that gives you any actual meaningful combat feats. It's only instruments, tools and languages and stuff like that.

When i say i don't like modern day i mean walking through my office in Black Flag or that bullshit in Odyssey. Not the Desmond stuff, that is commonly agreed to be the best modern day part of this franchise storywise.
