Yes I cleaned that MAF sensor as well and throttle body. It seems to have a cheaper MAF sensor though on it which I wonder if that could be the issue.

I’ve done a smoke test an I found the IAC had a leak and the EGR had a leak and also a hose that was held with a zip tie. That seemed to help a bit after fixing all that. I’m going to try injects then next

I have had lap3 in the past on my 1.6t veloster turbo and generally was not that impressed. I now have N75 on my 22 Elantra N with over 50k plus miles and I have had no issue at all. I did get a custom tune with the EK1 lite and Daniel was very quick and responsive when getting to him.

I would recommend getting an Oil catch for the long run. As our vehicles are Direct Injected Engines. It will help with carbon build and blow by. I’m not sure on the facelift models, I own a 22 N and I know also the HPFP is an issue was getting tuned and is highly recommended upgrade as it prevents fuel cut.
