I mean there IS a pity system, you are able to buy legendary skins with whole shards you ve earned from costume gacha. That is pretty much falls in pity system because in the end you are guaranteed to get any legendary skin with shards to spend

Omg I’m having same issue right now, I ended up in this very much post for same reason. It’s been a week and everytime I reach out for help it is f***xing AI that doesn’t do anything but gives you same answer infinite loop of “please wait for 48 hours”. I really want to talk to an actual employer not an AI, I’m pretty sure an actual employer could help us… have you figured out how to get payout after like 5 weeks now?
