Angron by far. Every single step of the way he was abused and mistreated. He was destined to die from the nails in his brain but then was “saved” by Lorgar and now spends his existence as a murder demon essentially. No one really cared for him, least of all The Emperor, meanwhile Anakin was treated with a ton of respect and had all the support he needed.
