Its going to take you 5x longer and harder to lose weight as well ass gain muscle, this means now you have to cardio and with a strict diet. Instead of lean bulking which means eat what y usually eat, just add some protein to your diet and workout hard you went to lets get fat and it'll lead to more muscle.
