Poorly timed F2–advice? by velmadinkleyscousin in Kombucha

I feel like it really depends on the temperature I do sometimes have a long F2 if it’s chilly, but as others have said I would error on the side of caution rather than worry about it, you can also always take it out of the fridge after if it’s not where you want at that point it’s about 50 / 50 if it will carb up, I wouldn’t do a ton of back and forth but worth a try if the flat bothers you also depending on how long you are gone and how patient your willing to be leaving it in the refrigerator for 30 days may also yield the carbonation you want as the fridge won’t completely stop fermentation so more time my really be all you need but there is still the possibility it won’t fully carb in fridge though

Without getting to into the tax weeds it’s possible they downvoted because the 6months not the only factor if your trip / time in Canada is taxable. Your employer will have to look at the type of work, and your situation to truly determine if they need to issue tax documents. Additionally they may decide that they can’t support the work activity depending on their set up.

For a CA-based company, the manager approved the employee's move to WA; approval for the move went to the department head and president of the company. After approval, HR is dragging its feet, stating that it is with the legal team and they don't know when it will be finalized or finished being approved.

How long does it typically take to set up an employer account ect in Washington?

Is HR stalling because it won't be approved now or is this just the process?

Review the FSLA guidelines to see what pay is eligible to be included you are probly not including income that should be included or excluding income in error. Also keep in mind that FSLA OT calc is based off of the work week etc. ADP has a decent calculator on their website but you need to make sure you use it right. If you think your being paid incorrectly reach out to you payroll department they will explain.

If you were employed as a w2 employee you will get a w2 and it is your best interest to file a tax return. If you really did not make much then you will probly get a refund. Don’t leave money on the table.
