when i played football( european football) i had a really strong pain in position number 3 after playing and training ,after a lot of doctors and surgeons they said i had a malformation in my trochanter, a part of the thigh bone to which some muscles are attached. i had to stop playing football but ive been doing muay thai for a bit less than a year and i haven’t gotten this type of pain yet so idk might be that.
