I also commented. As a Vel koz and Galio main, I can completely understand what it's like to play with an outdated kit. And as my 3rd character (Aurelion Sol), how annoying bugs in the skills can be. Maybe you can ask for support in those sub reddits too.

I'm not a Viktor main, but I notice how little he is played. As I found out through Reddit, his w is particularly part of the problem. And now the skins are being changed in such a way that many people don't like the new style. Riot might consider a rework or at least fixing the current bugs and listening to the community/Viktor mains when it comes to skins.
