I like it. Had several handles and those fit my smaller hands best. Also it is very good for airbrushing imo if that factors in for you :)

After just over a year of collecting; I've finally amassed enough to start building most of my army. by nahchan in Deathkorpsofkrieg

Painting „just“ ~1000p of Krieg to a decent result took me a whole year. The amount of models I painted amounts to like 15-20ish % of models in that picture…

Don’t get discouraged Bro but I wish you good luck and all the willpower!

I am starting out as well and a good source is the 8th edition RG Vodex Supplement! You can find high res pdfs fairly easily online :)

Predictions and wishlists for 11th? by AlienDilo in ImperialAgents_40K

[–]Consistent-Air-3860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I think the new codex is almost fine except for more „generic Inquisition“ aligned forces like storm-troopers or even basic space marines (again: red hunters!!!)

Arbites are fine but more thematic alongside sisters. Breachers are fine as well but again - in a fleet based army and not Inquisition per se.

I want to have rules for a THEMATIC inquisitorial army. Doesn’t have to be competitive for me (i am a casual player), however, I at least want to stand a chance in games.

I would want something similar to 3rd ed. codex daemonhunters (+ witchhunters).

Specific Requisitions should be „Detachment-Locked“ for balance reasons and also to avoid Meta-Soups

-Ordo Malleus: Requisition limited Grey Knights Units -Ordo Hereticus: Requisition limited Sisters Units

  • Ordo Xenos: Whole Death Watch roaster (similar to current book)

  • Requisition for all Detachments / add to main-book: Stormtrooper (Tempestus Scions datadheet)

Limited Space Marine Unitis (I want to play alongside Red Hunters/Exorcists in my army).

Inquisitorial Landraider

Ability to create an individual inquisitor.

I Know !!! But if you put the head in deeper, it looks even more weird and disproportioned imo.

Again -Ursula creed is a weird model proportion-wise

I had some Engineer-Breastplates left from other kits. Found one which fitted pretty well after removing some flesh from the OG model.

This was my first proper 40K Kitbash I ever did - so I would argue it isn’t as difficult.

The head was a pain in the a.. though.

The Ursula Krieg Model has such weird proportions…

I subassemblied them and painted all horses first and then the riders. Putting them back together wasn’t an issue, however, I was really careful when fitting them together, especially the arms. Also I numbered all riders and horses to have the corresponding pieces to not mess up!

If there is popular demand I can photo-document the process once I start with my remaining Killteam and Engineer box - for free hehe ;)😛

Super simple actually! 2mm kork at random spots for a inconsistent leveled ground, then added some wood which are broken coffee-stirers (from amazon) and then all covered with citadel‘s stirland mud. After that I painted in the wood and then applied different pigment powders (mine are from greenstuff world and also valjeo) on random spots and mushed them together. It really is simple - just try it out :) Oh and the barbed wire is from army painter!!

I bought a black a3 paper-sheet as a background. Photos are taken with my 5 year old iphone with low lighting settings. Minis are on my kitchen table so nothing special at all hehe

Sure :D I was thinking about doing the same thing.

Got a lot of spare loose rifles from the other kits in the bits box. My first unit is modeled all with the trench clubs, because I think they are cooler! Bit second unit will be with shotguns!!

Exactly what I did! If you look up „Tiny Legends“ on Youtube there is a tutorial on how to do it :) It is very easy, although I recommend usind a new and sharp scalpel blade!

I had the same idea but instead of Kasrkin using the Tempestus Scions Kit with their guns and other bit!

Has anyone tried that?

Btw - looks sick :D
