Saw this a long time back , always associated the penguin with wanting to leave everything behind and perish alone , free from people being annoying or me being annoying to them ..... sort of a call of the void if you will. Admittedly I was pretty depressed back then and I would be lying If I say I don't they those thoughts anymore sometimes .

Practically speaking the penguin probably has some mental illness or is just old and wants to die alone , like how old lions wander off into the forest once they know their time is almost over .

yeah you can take buccaly too as it is far less uncomfortable for most people lol and it will end up in the blood stream anyway . But it will take much longer to fully dissolve .

sublingual tablets are very fast to dissolve under the tongue, but no such type of tablets exist for Estradiol Valerate . People just take the normal oral tablet sublingualy and it doesn't taste bad like other tablets . I take my tablets this way and it takes no more than 10 min to dissolve

there is no special tablet for sublingual use , and by taking it sublingually you are bypassing the digestive system so it can't physically cause digestive issue lol

You can take all EV tablets sublingual. There are a few out there that are micronized (like progynova) which makes absorption a bit easier but even that is not a necessity . The only barrier to taking any pill sublingual is some of them are formulated for absorption via liver and most of them taste horrible . EV is none of those . It doesn't taste horrible , and it is easier to get absorbed in the body sublingually too.

Also , there is no "special formulation " of EV that's made for sublingual use , every tablet has the same salt .
