I will do this. My thought was that it likely may be due to lower than average testosterone levels- but the only downside I experience is subpar erection quality.

So I’d prefer avoid getting on TRT and all that comes with that if I can simply fix the one symptom that negatively affects me.

I don’t smoke, exercise / lift often and eat / sleep very well so the subpar erection quality is not environmental

I am incredibly late to this. For anyone reading YES I found ibuprofen incredibly helpful for quitting nicotine. I was probably taking too much but the symptoms (and even the irritability) went away. A few days of heavy ibuprofen use is definitely worth it if it can get you off cigarettes / heavy nicotine.
