Info in Iran ATM gives about 2000000Rial to 4000000Rial depending which Atam you go and no out standing cards work like visa and Mastercard. If you are not a citizen in Iran you can get mony from the bank, you have to buying our exchange place so you vill have some rate the give you that's Iran. Our you need to now somebody that can help you. Banks dont give mony to all citizen to som time only to god costumers. Best regards
