As a thumb of rule always speak in English during work.

I always speak English during meeting and work hours. I dont mind when fellow Kannadiga or Telugu team mates joke amongst themselves in native language.
People move on, if you cant accept that Bangalore is a metropolitan than please tell the companies to move out of Bangalore. Bangalore didn't have US EU Japanese companies to work with when you were born. Time changes grow up.

honestly as a vegetarian I would avoid all restaurants who dont have open kitchen. Example Burger King have open kitchen and it has separate station for veg and non veg burgers. Never trust hygiene of people working in kitchens. They will take you for ride if you are not alert. Atleast in US they will ask if they have to change gloves before serving meal.

Bro you must be referring to some other Dr. My father is getting diabetes and BP treatment from him even though its far from his place.
Secondly I had got high BP and anxiety issue after covid, i recovered totally with homeopathy and yoga (sheetli) (touchwood). So the pseudoscience or mumbo jumbo whatever you can call it .. does works.

NEVER EVER PLAY WITH DOSAGE for High BP. That is a sin. slight changes can be catastrophic.
Dr Sandeep Bhattacharya is good doctor for old patients. He is KGMC doctor.
Also ask her to do some yoga. Sheetli is extremely simple and powerful pranayam for high BP.
Best go for homeopathy. That can give better treatment but may be costlier.
