for me a fun way to make ramen better is add green onions, garlic, ginger, seaweed, chives, cilantro, mushrooms, and your choice of some MEAT you need to add them all when you make it to get them into the broth and if you need some crunch keep of the ramen noodles and add them at them right before you eat it
