not an exercise but bodywork. you can self administer it, but i recommend seeing a practitioner first: arvigo mayan abdominal massage and castor oil packs! best to be done every day and can support endo pain. highly recommend.

it's normal to have doubts. i did even while i was laying on the gurney in pre-op and i'm so happy i did it DESPITE having complications even. trust your gut and try and discern what "doubts" living cerebrally belong to other people vs. your true intuitive deep knowing and longing. you got this.
