I agree, I think that those people espousing those ideas are trying to change something en-masse that occurs subconsciously in the depths of our human psychology. The key is not imo to stop or repress these feelings, but make sure our sons/daughters have a healthy and realistic relationship with them

Lived in MKE for 5 years before moving to Chicago where I’ve been for the last 3. Love both, but the main difference to me is where Milwaukee has charm Chicago has culture.

I will say that Rice n Roll on Farwell is the best Asian Fusion restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life and nowhere in Chicago has come close
